Publicity
*Nancy has now given Kenny parish bulletin contact info for the parishes in the diocese.
*John has created facebook group for St Luke’s YAM
*John has contacted UOP Newman Center staff and awaits a reply to discussed future plans to speak at Newman 8 PM Mass and/or arrange to pass out business cards after the Mass.

Finance
*Nancy proposed collecting money by envelope, either monthly or as needed.
*Envelopes to be provided the week before and at meeting the day of
*Unmarked envelopes, full or not, are turned in                                                                                              *John has supply of envelopes available
*Nancy will make arrangements to talk with Vicky Hall about YAM account

Records
*Jackie requested the YAM board review e-mailed meeting minutes and offer corrections as needed ASAP, to post minutes as quickly as possible, while avoiding posting erroneous info on the website
