St. Luke’s Respect Life Committee is looking for volunteers to help sign up parishioners for the bus trip to Walk for Life 2009. They will need help after all masses on January 4^th I’ll be helping after the 8:45 mass. Let me know if you can help get the bus filled to the brim.

                                                    More Help Needed!!

On January 25^th 2009, the day after the Walk for Life in San Francisco, the Respect Life Committee will again need help. They will be helping parishioners sign postcards that will be sent to Washington DC opposing the FOCA (Freedom of Choice Act). Help after all masses is needed on this super important cause! Happy Gaudete (Rejoice) Sunday!

This Tuesday, Dec 16th, at our regular meeting we discussed what it means to rejoice and what the Bible says about it.

Also, during the meeting we sorted the hats, scarves, and gloves donated to St Luke’s Rosemarie Doyle Advent Project for the homeless. The members of the youth group then wrapped them on Sunday.

As discussed last night, we will be designing and purchasing new t-shirts for the Ministry. Pleaase comment on the following designs.
